Thank you for your interest in Ghostfire Miniature Australian Shepards.

A little about ourselves.

Our family lives in the beautiful foothills of Northern California, in the small country town Penn Valley.

We first began 14 years ago as Peaceful Valley Pugs & Hounds. I raised Pugs. I loved how cute they were. They could always put a smile on my face and my sons adored them. We gave lots of pug love to many happy families.

My husband had a love for hounds and eventually we raised some of those big guys too. I still have the page on Facebook and look back and smile at the ultimate cuteness. I know it seems like an unusual mix but everyone got along very well.

As time went on we decided to give up breeding the hounds. The Pugs retired to old folk life. My son didnt really want a new pug He decided he wanted to maybe try something new, something different, something fluffy. Maybe an aussie...

So we left Peaceful Valley Pugs & Hounds behind us in our memories and are excitedly moving forward to Ghostfire mini aussies.

The Adventure Begins.....

My husband and I, along with our twin boys and my brother stuffed into a 2020 nissan altima rental and began our adventure with the Aussie breed in July of 2020. We were driving to Oklahoma to pick up our beautiful Chica. None of us had ever gone that far away from home, it may have been a little crazy perhaps.

We finally got there. Omg...She was this fluffy little ball of love and the smartest sweetest puppy we had ever met. Almost 3000 miles multiple hotels and many stops. She was so good, few accidents and so intelligent for a 8 week old pup. We fell deeply in love with her right away.

A little more time goes by and we received Charlie as an early Christmas gift. A Christmas surprise!! He like Chica was just amazing. Almost loyal to a fault and so smart. He is the most loving loyal dog I have had the privilege of owning.

Our love for these little furry babies is why we decided to raise them so we can share these incredible dogs with the world.

We are a hobby breeder and do not have pups available all the time. Our dogs are our family and we put extra care into our parent dogs as well as our puppies. The parents have cleared genetic testing for genetic disease and disorders and are very healthy. We love our puppies and want the best life possible for them.
